Kiss or Kill

Misa's parents were killed by a criminal who was let off the hook by the justice system, so she was ecstatic to find that Kira imposed his own judgment on that criminal. She then became determined to meet Kira at any cost in order to thank them, and therefore made herself the second Kira. She too had a death note, and she was even more dangerous than Light himself because she also had the shinigami eyes, allowing her to see anyone's name and life span. Therfore, Misa only needs to see a person in order to kill them, while Light needs to find out their name. Misa ends up finding Light by sending him hints through a videotape and goes to his house to explain her situation. She has fallen in love at first sight with him, and is willing to do anything he asks her, even kill her friend. Though Light thinks she is annoying and could pose a large threat to him, he cannot kill her because her shinigami will kill him if he attempts to. Misa becomes one of Light's "companions", as he pretends to be her boyfriend in order to use her for his own ends. Despite that, Misa still remains loyal to Light until the very end.
Now some of you who are familiar with Death Note and its characters may be wondering why I would make a shrine to such a minor character that is only in a few episodes and chapters of the series. However, Naomi is really my favorite female character from Death Note because she is smart, collected and also quick to think on her feet. She is pretty much the epitome of the female characters that I like, so I could not resist making some sort of shrine to her, even if it was small. People have even told me that Naomi reminds them a lot of myself, and I suppose I would have to agree. If I were somehow transformed into a Death Note character, Naomi would be who I would be. Hey, I have even gotten her a few times taking personality quizzes! Anyway, she may not compare in spotlight time to other characters, but I believe she has a significant role in the story nonetheless. This probably will not be updated again until I get my hands on the novel about her case with L, so do not look forward to any action here for a while.
