With Rika revealed as being a really good singer in the seventh movie, it was definitely a smart choice to pick her as her seiyuu because Yuuhi no Yakusoku is a great song. BIRTHDAY: 1973 BIRTHPLACE: Southern California Melissa Fahn is a voice and stage actress that plays Rika in the Dub version of Digimon Tamers. I cannot quite say that I am fond of her interpretation of Rika...as she does sound rather bratty at times and I find the overall tone kind of annoying. However, I think the voice does fit for Rika's personality in the beginning of the series, though I prefer her Japanese voice. She's done other roles such as: • Ed in Cowboy Bebop
