AXEL & ROXAS from KINGDOM HEARTS -- While playing through Kingdom Hearts II, a shrine to the relationship between Axel and Roxas did not jump out at me as something I had to do. I thought their friendship was sad, and I was drawn to it, but the online fandom kind of pushed me away from doing anything. After watching the cutscene between the two on the clock tower, all resistance failed and I decided to get working on a tribute to their relationship after all. I really wanted to analyze all aspects of their relationship, and maybe bring a new light to it aside from the typical "lovers" side. I personally believe the two are only good friends, but I do not disregard nor dislike the possibility they could be in love either. Their relationship has grown on me a ton since I was first introduced, and they are probably my favorite relationship in the game because there are so many possibilities and a lot to write about. I had also planned on making a shrine to Axel and Roxas individually, so there are small shrines to each member of Organization XIII included as well.

DEMYX from KINGDOM HEARTS -- When Sora first meets Demyx, I was not exactly obsesssed with his character for whatever reason. Yeah, I thought he was very amusing with the whole notecard thing, but it took until 4:00 AM on Christmas morning to realize how much I really liked him. I was playing Kingdom Hearts II with Rika and I stumbled across Demyx for the second time. I happened to mention how I "kind of like him", and she was all over me to make him a shrine. It did not take much convincing, because I had just had a conversation with Peekay the day before about it as well. Demyx stands out from the rest of Organization XIII in my opinion, and I really wanted to make some sort of tribute to him. The shrine is not very large, but I have put as much information as possible. (He needs more screen time!) His scenes never cease to amuse me, even though I must have watched them at least fifty times by now, not to mention have them memorized. Dance water, dance!

SHANA from THE LEGEND OF DRAGOON -- I have had my hands on The Legend of Dragoon for quite a few years now, but I did not really get that far the first time I played through it. I decided to pick it up a second time rather recently, and my love for Shana was heavily renewed. She is another one of those characters who people either love or hate, moreso on the hated side. Shana may have the most shrines out of any other character from the game, but I know a lot of people think she is just weak and annoying. I personally believe Shana is very caring, generous and strong-willed. She may not be as physically strong as Rose or Miranda, but I do not think she should be discounted just because of that. Shana cares deeply for her friends, and is willing to do anything for them. She may come off as a bit immature because of her strong feelings for Dart, but she has good intentions. Though Dart and the rest of the group view her as a 'younger sister' figure for awhile, she eventually proves to them that she is just as capable as the rest. I also intend to defend her character and give her the support she deserves.

KAIRI from KINGDOM HEARTS -- In the past, a lot of people tended to ask me what I liked about Kairi, since she was not exactly brimming with action in the original Kingdom Hearts. I argued that there were plenty of things to like about her, such as her intelligence, bravery and wisdom. I will say that I am one of the few Kairi fans that has supported her since before she became "super cool" in Kingdom Hearts II. I personally thought that Kairi was far from weak in the original game, and was very brave despite her situation and physical strength. She is just a normal girl with no weapon, so you cannot expect her to jump in there and fight like Sora does. Protecting Sora from the Heartless when he was unable to fight back really shows her true character, and I think that is what is important. Kairi is not one to be grouped with the girls who stand at the sidelines and do nothing as she has been commonly been placed. I purposely divided this shrine by game so I could defend her role in Kingdom Hearts without using anything from the second game for this reason.

AMY SOREL from SOUL CALIBUR -- I had been debating whether or not there was enough information to pull this shrine off for quite some time, but I decided to go for it anyway. I put quite a few hours into unlocking Amy because I kept losing and having to restart so I could at least get a chance to fight her. I cannot describe how happy I was when I finally beat her and was able to play as her character. I do not know why she has become my favorite Soul Calibur character when she is such a minor character, but I think she is completely awesome. She is fast, beautiful and the epitome of silent but deadly. For whatever reason, I really wanted to unlock her, and now that I have, I decided that she needed some kind of tribute. The Silence is currently fairly small because of the lack of information, but since Amy has been announced to be in the upcoming Soul Calibur IV, I am sure I will be able to add more information in the near future.
